Life lesson: Be more conservative in my optimism
Today was a shorter day and because of reemerging feet issues I was glad for the rest. One of the prettiest days of the walk so far, with stunning mountain views and Spring on display with the blooming native lavender and other flowers.
Jeff Buckley slays the tea- tree scented condensation, touching my soul,
Soothing the cuts of devil rocks in my warm cocoon.
The harmony reverberates through me.
I'm singing inside but realise I'm asleep.
Heavy bones. Weep my striped feet.
Block out the questions,
The answers don't matter.
Not right now. Maybe never.
Head floats. Heart is still.
Electronic beats to the rythym of gratitude.
To soak it off.
