Today was hard. I woke up very low on energy, and it just got worse. The sun was hidden most of the day as we exited the city across a medieval bridge. All of us are starting to feel the cumulative effects.
We've been travelling together now for a number of days,
But today I feel alone.
Low energy. No energy to help me carry on.
Emotions rising with each step,
Distracting myself with other thoughts.
The pressure is too much, but I don't want to stop,
before I've really begun.
More vibrant greens than I've ever walked through.
Too much time for my own thoughts.
Not enough time yet to understand.
Hopefully a big rest tonight to begin tomorrow on a high, or just with a smile.
